Try these stuffed ranch cheeseburgers at your next cookout

The summer months around here mean lots of grilling: burgers, hot dogs, steaks, you name it! We are always looking for grilling ideas for summer and recently tried a new spin on a basic cheeseburger and love it! It’s simple to make and tastes great. To really “wow” your guests, try using The Burger Cheese in this recipe (sooooo good!)

Stuffed Ranch Cheeseburgers Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1 packet dried Ranch dressing (we used generic)
3 cheese slices
Hamburger buns

Divide the ground beef into six portions. Roll each into a ball. Pour ranch seasoning into a bowl. Roll each portion of beef in the ranch seasoning. Flatten all six portions into beef patties. Place one slice of cheese on three patties (we tear it up so it fits better). Top with the other three portions of beef. Pinch beef edges together so cheese is in between two of the beef patties. Sprinkle remaining ranch on each on the burgers. Cook on the grill on medium setting.

These ingredients make three cheeseburgers, or they could be stretched to make four burgers as well. Serve with ketchup, mustard, pickles or any other burger toppings you enjoy. Serve some easy-to-make monster bars for dessert while you are at it!

I’ve made these several times for guests and at cookouts we attended and they are always a hit. Anything with ranch flavoring tends to be a winner in my book anyway! My kids love these stuffed ranch cheeseburgers the most, I think, because they taste different from what we buy at fast food places (guilty!) and my husband and I like the added variety.
